Erica joins the Impression team with two years of investing experience, most recently in the Growth Equity space at the Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF). Here, she conducted market analysis, performed deep due diligence for new investments, and assisted portfolio companies along their growth journey.
Prior to joining CBGF, Erica completed internships at Brookfield in the Real Estate Investment group and at RBC in Capital Markets. Erica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
